What the contact form collects

If you submit the form we process the first name, last name, email address, optional phone number, and message that you enter. The server also sees the connecting IP address, which is used only for rate limiting and abuse control.

A hidden honeypot field and a timing check are used to reject automated posts. Those values are not used to profile you.

Why we process it

We use the enquiry to understand the request and to reply. The legal basis is the steps needed to answer a message you chose to send.

Where it goes

The message is stored on the same host so we can handle the request. Your address is used only to reply. It is not used as a relay destination and is not published.

The form does not load advertising, analytics, or captcha services from third parties.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up you start. We do not run a marketing list from this form.

Your requests

You can ask what we hold about an enquiry you sent, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it when we no longer need it to complete the conversation. Use the contact form and say that it is a privacy request.
